Maybe you are sitting somewhere right now, wondering if scuba diving is really for you. I know that feeling. Because I was never a scuba diver in the beginning of my life either.
It was just love for the ocean and a dream. And in 2007, I followed that dream to Havelock Island and took my first breath underwater. I still remember the adrenaline rush of that exact moment — the silence, the colours, the feeling that the world above the surface suddenly made complete sense. That one breath changed everything for me. That is the feeling I want to give you.
Before founding Seahawks, I worked for others, learned through years of daily dive operations, and saw the pros and cons from every angle. I saw overcrowded boats. I saw shortcuts taken with safety. I saw reefs treated like a product and not a home. I decided early: if I ever opened my own dive school, it would be different.
It took several years. And finally, in 2015, I founded Seahawks SCUBA. It was not easy — there were days I questioned everything. But through every up and every down, my team and I never strayed from the reason we built this place. Today, Havelock Island is recognised as the best destination for scuba diving in Andaman — and we dive here every single day.
