By visiting seahawksscuba.in, making a booking, or participating in any activity with Seahawks SCUBA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and participants. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Seahawks SCUBA is operated by Seahawks Watersports Pvt. Ltd., Beach No. 2, Govind Nagar, Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island), Andaman and Nicobar Islands — 744211.

Seahawks SCUBA is an SSI certified dive center (Center #766557) offering the following activities on Havelock Island:

• Try Scuba Diving — introductory shore and boat dives for beginners
• Fun Dives — guided dives for certified divers
• SSI Certification Courses — Basic Diver, Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, and Specialty courses
• Snorkelling — guided snorkelling at Havelock dive sites
• Kayaking — bioluminescence, sunrise and sunset kayaking
• Island Hopping — full-day private group excursions

All water activities are conducted under the supervision of qualified SSI instructors and divemasters. Activity schedules, dive sites, and group sizes are at the discretion of Seahawks SCUBA based on weather, sea conditions, and safety considerations.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment processed through Razorpay (our secure payment partner). A booking confirmation will be sent to you via WhatsApp after payment is received.

• A ₹500 deposit is required to confirm scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking, and fun dive bookings
• A ₹5,000 deposit is required to confirm SSI certification course and island hopping bookings
• The balance is payable on the day of your activity at our dive center
• Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation before 48 hours — full refund of deposit
• Cancellation within 48 hours — no refund
• Cancellation on dive site — no refund; full activity charges apply
• Cancellation during practice session — ₹1,000 charged
• SSI course withdrawal on Day 1 — 75% refund
• SSI course withdrawal on Day 2 — 50% refund
• SSI course withdrawal on Day 3 — 25% refund
• SSI course withdrawal on Day 4 — no refund

Scuba diving and water activities carry inherent risks. By booking with us, you confirm that you are fit to participate and accept responsibility for your own health and safety.

• All participants must complete a medical declaration form before their activity
• Participants with certain medical conditions (heart conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, pregnancy, etc.) may be restricted from diving — please consult your physician before booking
• Participants must be able to swim at least 200 metres or float for 10 minutes
• Participants must be at least 10 years of age for Try Scuba Diving and 15 years for SSI certification courses
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to dive
• Our instructors and divemasters reserve the right to refuse participation if they deem a participant unfit or if conditions are unsafe

Seahawks SCUBA takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of all participants. However, by booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking, and related water activities involve inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated
• Seahawks SCUBA, its instructors, divemasters, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in our activities, except where caused by our proven negligence
• You participate in all activities at your own risk and responsibility
• Seahawks SCUBA is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during activities
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific activity in question

All content on seahawksscuba.in — including text, photographs, videos, logos, and design — is owned by Seahawks SCUBA or used with permission. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link) is permitted.

Underwater photographs and videos taken by our team during your dive remain the property of Seahawks SCUBA unless purchased as part of your package.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly first. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues amicably before any formal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
