About K-Rock Dive Site in Neil Island Aka Shaheed Dweep

Description:- K-Rock is a popular dive site lying in the tropical waters of Neil Island. The unique topography of the reef makes it the most visited dive destination suitable for all kinds of divers where you can see incredible formations of small overhangs, small boulders, and many crevices. K-Rock is defined as a big volcanic rock lying on a sandy bottom that has varying depths at multiple points.

The marine life spotted here is different from Havelock Island and it includes butterflyfish, schools of snappers, sweetlips, Parrotfish, Triggerfish, Pufferfish, Lionfish, and soldierfish on this rock. The dive site offers little to no current, thus an excellent dive spot for underwater navigation courses. The depth of the reef varies from 10 to 18 meters.
